Justice, not Just a Name

For some months passed, all of Indonesia people were contaminated with a great issue of the death of Brigadier Joshua. All of channels and media talked about it. Many social media also concerned about this problem. In everywhere and every time, this issue is talked by everyone. It does to students in the school.

Why it’s a main topic for all people in Indonesia? It is because of, taken by the highest man in police institution. Relates to this, in my mind, he (Ferdi Sambo) should not do this. He is a policeman. He is not a killer. He should be a great role model in his institution. He also has great relationship in the police’s institution. The questions are, how can all of society believe this institution, when there is a great black actor in the same institution? How can justice be shown? Is it educating?

To make it is fair, and opened; justice collaborator (JC) is needed in this phenomenon. JC is a great key to push this phenomenon as clear as possible. It certainly needs great man as an actor. He or she can face this, when he/ she also has good character building, and great mental. He or she is also ready to receive the effect, if he/ she has lower position in an institution. As done by Eliasar. If it is not, it means JC is only a name.  

According to this phenomenon, Josua killed, when Eliasar says his sorry to Joshua’s family, then taking a promise to say the truth, the end of his final punishment that red by justice head, it is acceptable. All of Indonesia people give smile. His punishment is not as long as his friends’ punishment. It is a risk. If one says the truth, he/ she will be saved. It is real. This happens to Eliaser and his friends. Eliasar’s punishment is earlier than his friends.

This phenomenon should be all institutions’ concern. It should be applied there. Punishment should be given when one makes wrong. He/ she will not be punished when he/ she says the truth or make something good. Eliasar’s effort should be applied to all of institutions.

It will be a great history for Indonesia people. There is a justice for the smallest one. It brings great moral message to Indonesia and world. It will be no worries to the next Eliasar to say the truth. Head justice shows the real justice. This is great education for Indonesia people that, good act has a good result. Indonesia people have great smile, and then ahead, they will say the truth, I guess.
